Thoughts on a Fellowship (plus updates)

My time as Mozart Fellow at Otago University is now officially over. It has been a hugely productive and enjoyable time. An absolute pleasure to spend those two years in Dunedin, working with the brilliant people and expending my own experiences as a composer and collaborative researcher.

“The Dairy Diaries” – a film I scored with the marvelous John Egenes has been selected as one of sixteen finalists for Tropfest New Zealand. The festival (and premiere) is at the TSB Bowl of Brooklands in New Plymouth on Saturday the 27th of February, 2016.

 Penny Black Movie has secured some NZ Film Commission funding for post production sound mix!
“L.O.Q.Shun”, a short film by Dan Inglis based on a piece I composed forJulia Booth – Singer will be screening in the latest season of the video-art TV show Delete TV – broadcast in Austria, the Netherlands, the US, and Australia. If you are in those places, check it out!
Breakery – a short film by Chasing Time Productions (that I scored with Chris Lam Sam for The Scorelocks Collective) is an official selection for the 2016 High Desert International FF (NV, USA) and 2016 Texas Independent Film Festival (TX, USA).
